Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or UK public holidays. During high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer — we’ll keep you informed.
Domestic Shipping (United Kingdom)
Standard tracked shipping: 3–7 business days — £3.99
Free standard shipping on orders over £50
International Shipping
We currently ship to selected countries worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination, typically 7–21 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Please note: international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our pricing or shipping fees.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at care.scaille@outlook.com and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Scaille is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address.
