Your Right to Cancel
As a UK-based online retailer, we comply with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to notify us that you wish to return it. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back to us.
Conditions of Return
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
• Unworn and unused
• In their original condition and packaging
• Free from any marks, scents, or signs of wear
We reserve the right to refuse a return or reduce the refund amount if the item has been worn, damaged, or returned in an unsatisfactory condition.
How to Request a Return
Email us at hello@scaille.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
Return Postage
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit back to us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days. You will be refunded to your original payment method. Original standard shipping costs are included in your refund. Upgraded or express shipping charges are non-refundable.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at care.scaille@outlook.com with your order number and photos. In this case, return postage will be covered by Scaille and a full refund or replacement will be issued.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original order and place a new order separately.
